VP of Operations at Qalitex (ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory). Expert in GMP compliance, ISO 17025 quality systems, EU cosmetics regulation, and export requirements for the USA and Canadian markets. Based in Europe with deep knowledge of French and EU regulatory frameworks.

Nour leads the quality and regulatory advisory practice at Care Europe, bringing 17+ years of hands-on laboratory and compliance experience to every client engagement. Her background spans both sides of the Atlantic — she has deep expertise in EU regulatory frameworks (EU Cosmetics Regulation 1223/2009, REACH, food supplement directives, GMP/ISO 22716) as well as FDA and Health Canada requirements for the North American market.

As VP of Operations at Qalitex (ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory), Nour brings a rare combination of laboratory operations expertise and regulatory strategy. She understands not just what the regulations require, but how to implement compliant quality systems in real laboratory and manufacturing environments.
